I called Betty Post my friend & one of my most memorable charachters. I just loved her. My favorite of quote of her's was "When I die I want to come back as an elephant". When I asked her why she said "because they can do whatever they want. I like to think her wish would come true. I was happy to know her.

Every Sunday morning at Saint Thaddeus Church here in Aiken, we have offered up prayers for the sick and needy. Betty Post's name was always included, and I am so sorry to learn now of her passing.
To Colin and his entire family, I give my condolences at their loss. Many here in Aiken remember her fondly and also express their sentiments.
