We will miss you Uncle Brooks. You were always the loving, laughing man with so much quiet depth and caring in you. So many wonderful memories of you and my Dad, your older brother, Ralph. A special one was when you visited him as he was speechless and wheelchair-bound, looking at old photos, telling stories and laughing together, and actually tweaking Dad's memory and sharing treasured moments. You were so genuine and so kind and spread that everywhere you went. You will not be forgotten.

Betty and Family, I am so sorry, and sad to hear about Brooks. What a special man he was. He was so much fun. I will always remember the good times together on the golf course. He did so much good things around Aiken and has helped many people. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Love Trisha

It was our privilege to know Brooks and enjoy time with him and Betty. Brooks was always a willing worker at any 'work days' we had at church. And our mutual love of Maine came out in conversations. Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.
