It was a privlige to have worked with such a gifted and insightful person as Dr Tom Minter. He was a joy to be around with an amazing sense of humor. We all loved him and his family!

It is so sad to read that Dr. Minter has passed away. May your memories of him as well as a hope of being reunited one day - John 5:28,29 - bring you the peace and comfort you need at this time.
Tom was a wonderful physician and such a joy to be around. I'll always remember his smile, laughter, Georgia Bulldog football games, parties at the Minter's home, visits to our home, and his advice on many subjects.

I have many fond memories of Tom Minter. He recruited me to join Aiken Anesthesiology in 1991 and I am forever grateful for the opportunity. I learned a lot from Tom. Probably the most important lesson he taught me, was to always keep a sense of humor. We still share Tom's jokes and stories, to this day. Tom Minter was a brilliant physician and a lot of fun to work with. Losing Tom to a stoke in 1998 effected our whole group and we truly missed him. I know his family will miss him now, but I know he is at peace. Laurie and I will keep y'all in our prayers. God bless you Tom.

Just know that you will be missed by so many, " Doctor Tommy"!!!! You could ALWAYS, make me laugh in the good old OR days!!! I was young and stupid and so gullable, but you always had my back!!!! And Yes, my mother did give me permission to work in the OR, even if I didn't look old enough to be there!!!
