He and my Aunt Evelyn were such a beautiful couple. As a child, I remember he always had a smile and a good word for others. He will be greatly missed by his family, I am sure!
Dear Evelyn, Please be aware that our thoughts & sympathy are with you today. Also, please know that it was indeed my pleasure to share responsibilities with DD in the Traffic Patrol shift office during much of our long career at SRP and to verify that Delmar was held in very high esteem by all who knew him.
May God be with Dels family and comfort them with the "peace that passeth all understanding" that only he can give us. Del was a fine christian man who touched the hearts of many.

"DD" working with Kenneth in patrol at duPont and all the wonderful dinners we enjoyed together at our home, Stephen teaching Natalie the piano and of course the First Christian memories.
