Mr. Wallace, Tommy, Lona, Teresa, & Jimsie,
Please know that you are all in our hearts and prayers during this difficult time. Your Mom will always hold a special place in my heart ... she was one of the sweetest women I have ever known. Please know that she touched so many people and made a difference in many lives. I will always remember the times our Moms got together when we were younger ... the hunger pains started time I walked in the house and smelled whatever she was cooking! Ms. Thelma was awesome in the kitchen! I've been trying to bake like her for years and still can't get it right.
My favorite memory of Ms. Thelma will probably always be her smile. She had a way of making me feel like the most important person in the world when I visited her. Even when she called me "Liz!"
