I love you, Cathie. The world is not the same without you, your laughter, your twinkling eyes, your beautiful smile and all the love you shared with others.
I MISS YOU and I LOVE YOU.

I light a candle for you today, Cathie. It's been two weeks and almost a day since I received the phone call with the heartbreaking news that you were no longer with us.
It has been one month since we talked on the phone. I had no idea it would be our last conversation. I was waiting for news of how your doctor's appointment went and hoping you had some answers and some good news. You asked me to stop by the next time I was in town and I told you I would and I had planned to do that the following week. I didn't get a chance for that visit.
Today, as with each day that has passed, I miss you. Today, as with so many others, there is a sadness that so heavy, it defies definition. I don't have words to express how devastated I am. I pray for strength for Mark, Christie and Felix and your grandchildren. I pray for strength for all of us who loved you so much and for all who are missing you.
May God be with all of us and give us what we need to cope with our loss.
I love you so much and I wish I could tell you that in person, but I can't. You'll just have to look down from heaven and see it in my face, just as you'll see the tears and know that you are missed. You'll know what is in my heart. I love you and not a day goes by that my heart is not feeling the ache of the emptiness of losing another sister. The deep pain and sorrow of losing another sister so soon after losing the first one.
I light this candle for you today. It comes with a prayer that God will be with all of us and help us through the sorrow and grief. I know that He will have prepared your mansion for you and that it will be all that He promised.
I miss you. Give Mom, Wayne, and Mary Frances a big hug for me.
I love you.
Love,
You big sister,
Terry Ann

Thinking of my sister, Cathie, tonight and missing her so much. God be with Mark, Christie, Felix, Daniella, Sydney, Ricayla and all the rest of us, who loved her so dearly.
Your leaving us was such a shock and we are deeply saddened and filled with heartbreak. Through God's mercy I can hear your voice and your laughter. I can see that beautiful smile and those sparkling eyes.
Miss you and love you very much Cathie. Hugs to you in Heaven.
Love to you and the others this family has lost.
Love,
Your 'older sister',

My sincere condolences to Cathie' s family. May these promises from the Bible comfort and support them through this time of sorrow. Jehovah God is close to the brokenhearted, he saves those who are crushed in spirit. And he will wipe away the tears from all faces. Psalms 34:18; Isaiah 25:8. Peace be with you dear family.

My heart is aching with sadness. Cathie's voice seems to have been filling my room for days now. There are so many 'visions' of her that span her lifetime, but mostly I see her as the loving young woman she was. She never seemed to age. I looked at the photo that was posted here and I see those 'apples' on her cheeks and I am reminded how beautiful she was. She wore make up, as she would say "So I look pretty.", but to me, she didn't need make up. She was beautiful just as she was.
She was not only beautiful physically, but inside as well. Cathie, you are going to be missed more than I have words to tell you or anyone else. Maybe in Heaven, you can hear my thoughts, words and see my grief, sorrow and tears as well as those of your children and other loved ones. In Heaven, I imagine you and all the other Angels God has called home can see all of us on this earth, hear our words and thoughts, as well as see our grief, sorrow and sadness. If this is so, then you saw the 'other shoe drop' yesterday so you understand...this moment.
There will not be a day that I don't think of you. I 'talk' to Mary Frances very often as I do Mom and Wayne. I know they hear me. I can still their voices, just as I am hearing yours now. In some strange, magical way, God has given our brains, our being and our soul the capacity to continue to 'hear' and recognize the voices of those we can no longer see or hear on this earth. This, is a gift from God, I'm certain. It's His way of helping us get through each day that our loved ones are not with us.
My prayers today are with Mark, Christie, Felix, Daniella, Sydney, Ricayla and little Livan. I'm filled with sadness that he will not have a chance to get to know you, but we will keep your memory alive for all of them. My prayers are for our father, Brenda and Jerry and others who loved you as well. You will live within each of us. Your spirit will be here among all of us. You, my dear sister, were loved beyond measure, beyond any descriptive words I could ever muster. You will be missed far more than I, or others, will be able to define. Simply put.....Cathie......there are no words that I can speak that say everything that is in my heart.
I love you. I miss you. God and His Angels have another wonderful, spirited, caring, generous Angel who is filled with an abundancy of love we, on earth cannot express adequately.
Please give Wayne, Mom and Mary Frances the biggest, longest, most loving hugs you can manage. I was going to remind you to ask Wayne to tell you the story of the Prince and Princess again, but I bet you've already done that. My love to all of you.
Be at peace in Heaven, dear, sweet sister of mine. May God hold you close and give you love and comfort.

Thank you for always being there for me and for taking me in my senior year to give me what my mama couldn't. I will never forget all the things you have done and ask the love you have given me. You were always so good to anyone you met and treated everyone with love. I love you so much and tell mama and grandma I love them and will see you all again. Love your third child and God baby

So many fond memories of going barefoot, picking wild plums, playing at each other's home and daydreaming of our boyfriends in the future. Hers was Ricky Nelson, mine was Elvis and Brenda's was Michael Landon. Her Mom treated me like one of her own and when she caught us smoking, made me smoke a whole pack too till I was green. Our lives drifted apart when I moved to Tennessee but we always called each other on our birthdays. She called me in August and sounded the same. I will miss the phone calls where my arm would hurt from talking too long. Love you like a sister Cathie.

A beautiful light went out today. A generous, loving, caring, and gregarious spirit has left us. I light this candle for my sister, Cathie. You will never be forgotten. You were loved by so many and you will be missed more than any one will be able to find words to express. I love you, my sister. I'm so glad we shared a good conversation last Sunday. I had no idea it would be our last. But, I will still talk to you, just as I talk to our baby sister, Mary Frances.
May the mansion God has prepared for you in Heaven contain and be everything you could have ever imagined or wanted and more.
You were a bright light on even the darkest days. You could make me smile even when I didn't feel like smiling. I love you, Cathie and I miss you so much and I will miss you even more as the realization begins to settle into my being.
I LOVE YOU, CATHIE ~!~ I HAVE ALL MY LIFE AND I WILL ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE.
P.S. Give Wayne, Mom and Mary Frances some big hugs and lots of loving kisses.
Love forever and always,
Your big sister,
Terry Ann
