Dear Linda,
I share some wonderful memories of Dick, in particular his enthusiasm for good food, conversation and books. He always asked me what I was reading. I hope your heart heals. But it will take time!
Love, Joan

Hi Linda, Jeff and the Tengel Family,
I will always remember Dick's core optimism and his belief in what could be accomplished. Early in his stewardship of Federal Process Company we were going through a budget meeting and when it was time to discuss his plan for the coming year, Dick stood up. Here was an executive with more operating experience than anyone in the room. And to show others his commitment and to model the behavior he wanted to see from others, he stood up. That's my strongest memory of Dick--a man who stood up, a man who believed in what could be achieved, a man who shared his cheer and optimism. I will miss him and always remember him.
Kevin
