Dad,
It's been a little over 4 months since you left us but I still expect to see you come walking in from the back yard everytime I go to see mom. I quite often think about calling you while watching the Braves play or when I come across a problem that I need help with. We're all finding out how much we depended on you to help us find solutions to many of the problems in our lives.
On this Father's Day, I know of no better way to say how much I miss you and love you, than to tell you in a prayer, and express my love here among all the other loving words and prayers from other people who loved you also.
Happy Father's Day!
Chuck

What a beautiful tribute I just viewed! I have fond memories of Mr. Bill at the bowling alley when I was a little girl. Hope your family finds comfort in the fact that everyone loved him.

IN OUR HEARTS
We thought of you today with love,
But that is nothing new.
we thought about you yesterday,
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence.
we often speak your name.
Now all we have is memories,
And your picture in a frmae.
Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we'll never part.
God has you in his keeping,
We have you in our hearts!
Papa I know you are up in heaven watching down on all of us! You truely were a Great Man! Until we meet again, We Love YOu and Miss You!
Love,
Jeannine and Haley Elizabeth Polson!

You Meant So Much
You meant so much to all of us
You were special and that's no lie
You brightened up the darkest day
And the cloudiest sky
Your smile alone warmed hearts
Your laugh was like music to hear
I would give absolutely anything
To have you well and standing near
Not a second passes
When you're not on our minds
Your love we will never forget
The hurt will ease in time
Many tears I have seen and cried
They have all poured out like rain
I know that you are happy now
And no longer in any pain.

To the family,
Will never forget my experiences at work with Bill Polson. Such a great human being and always willing to help in anyway he could.
No wonder the Company always phoned him to work just a little longer. Quality is hard to come by these days and Bill was always a Quality Person. God Bless you Bill and my prayers will be with your family forever.

To Audrey/Mom Polson,
I want to say, Bill was more than just a "Father" in-law, he was a true friend, and of course a great fishing "Buddy". He was always there for Joyce & I when we needed help or support. He was the best "Father" in-law and I feel blessed to have had him in my life. I loved him and will love you and your family always, Bill

To the remaining family,
It was a genuine pleasure to work with and know Bill. I worked with him from 1971-73 at CNC as did my wife Barbara. I left CNC in 73 for "greener pastures" but returned again in 1992 for another 6 year stint. I wrote Bill a "leaving again poem" and presented it to him at a festive gathering at the plant in about 1996 or so. Both Barbara and I will certainly miss him since we have many great stories which include Bill and his many friends at CNC. Our deepest sympathy to all his remaining family and friends. He was "one of a kind"!!

Dad,
Just wanted to let you know that I cherish all the things I learned and inherited from you. I owe my strength and curious nature to you. You always taught all of us that there was nothing we couldn't do if we put our heart and our heads into the job, and you were right. We will miss you immensely but know that you are always watching over us and one day we will all be together again. Don't worry about Mom, we will be sure she is ok and always taken care of. Love you Daddy...

Papa,
I can say without any reservations that I am who I am today because of you. You cared for me and fostered my curiosity, no matter what sacrifice it required from you. I can't imagine who I would be today without the love I received from you, Nana, and the whole family. I am eternally grateful.
I Love You Pop!

Hi Chuck,
God and Time will heal your broken heart. I lost my mom in 2005 and my dad in 2006, and it will truly take God and time. I'll be praying for you and your family in the coming days and months.

Papa
I saw a man today, out for a stroll and I thought of you
how you loved to explore.
I felt a breeze this afternoon and I thought of you
your smile on the shore
I picked a flower and thought of you
in the garden, making things grow
I saw the stars tonight and I thought of you
your eyes always shined when you looked at me
I heard an old song and I thought of you
how you would sing when you were happy
I hurt today as I thought of you
because you have left me for better thingsâ?¦but
I look at those around me and I think of you
this incredible thing you began
that is ours now to continueâ?¦
And I realize that you are still here after all
Love you,
Sara

Daddy,
I know the first thing you ask about when you got to Heaven was "how's the fishing". And now you can view all the oceans you wanted to see,and fish with the greatest fisherman of all. So visit with family and friends you've been missing here on earth, and they will hear your wonderful stories, your great jokes, that we all will remember forever here. Please know Pat, Chuck, Candy, Shawn, and I will be taking care of Mom , who we all know you loved so dearly. We've got the "Honey Do" list now, so rest popa, but know we will never stop missing you. Always Loving you Daddy
Joyce & Bill

Dad,
Words can't express the love and respect I have for you as a man and especially as a father. Your life mirrored all the righteous and moral things in life that Pat,Joyce,Candy, myself, and later Shawn were taught by you and mom. We have all been told by someone at sometime during our life that we were good kids or considerate and moral adults. Dad, this is because of our gift that we received from God....having you and mom as our parents. I'll always feel as though you're here watching over us until we each leave this earth and are together with you again.
I Love You, Dad!
Chuck
