Every tender moment that I share w/ another is a direct result of what this woman instilled in me while I was growing up. She taught me that our actions speak much louder than our words. She taught me to think independently and she and Dad taught us that there was nothing we couldn't achieve if we just gave it a try. There were no boundaries to what we could be if it was truly something we desired. A better Mom no one could have asked for. In retrospect Mom I don't know if I ever shared this w/ you verbally, but I do feel you knew it. You raised a very loving and close family Mom and don't worry we will stay together even though you and Dad are no longer w/ us here on earth, but rest assured you will always be a big part of our hearts. We will miss you both. I love you...

Pat, Joyce, Candy, Shawn and I would like to thank everyone for the kind words that have been said about our mom. She truely judged people on their own merit, not according to their gender, race, or even if they were one of our exes. She constantly worried about everyone; whether they were family, friends, or anyone she happened to hear about that was going through a bad time. She has left a big void in our lives and our families' lives. She will be greatly missed. Thanks again to all of you! Your love and prayers continue to help us make it through this difficult time. MOM, WE LOVE YOU AND WE WILL ALWAYS HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE IN OUR HEARTS FOR YOU AND DAD!

THERE ARE NO WORDS SUFFICIENT TO EXPRESS MY LOVE FOR THIS LADY.
NOT ONLY WAS SHE MY MOTHER-IN-LAW, BUT SHE WAS MY FRIEND. WHEN SHE LEGALLY BECAME MY EX-MOTHER-IN-LAW, THAT DID NOT CHANGE A THING. SHE CONTINUED TO LOVE ME, MY NEW HUSBAND, AS WELL AS OUR 3 CHILDREN. SHE TREATED MINE AND MIKE'S CHILDREN IN THE SAME MANNER THAT SHE TREATED MINE AND CHUCK'S 3 CHILDREN. HER GENUINE LOVE WAS UNDENIABLE. WOW, THE LEGACY SHE HAS LEFT!!REMEMBER, THAT GOD IN HIS INFINITE WISDOM HAD ALL OF THIS ORCHESTRATED. I LOVE YOU ALL

Pat,Joyce,Chuck,and Candi,
I'll always remember that your mom was a kind and giving person. You were blessed having her for the short time that she was here! I just lost my dad in December at the age of 103, so I know the loss you guys are feeling. Because of my work obligations I won''t be able to attend the wake or service itself. My prayers are with you. In Christ Alone,

Chuck-I am so sorry about your mom. I just read it in the paper or I would have been at the visitation. I will see you tomorrow, and hopefully we can get together soon. Your mom was always such a sweet lady, and i enjoyed talking with her. Again, I am so sorry for your loss, but know she is glad to be with your dad again.

Dear Joyce, Candy, Chuck, Pat and Shawn and all of Audrey's family,
Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers, as we share your sadness at the loss of your beautiful mother and Nana. I will always remember my Aunt Audrey and Uncle Bill as two of the kindest souls I've ever known, and it is comforting to know that they are together again in peace. Please know that I would be with you right now, but I just learned of the arrangements late this evening...I will be with you all in my heart and prayers.
Love,
Susan and Piers

Joyce, Candy & all the Polson family: I was so sorry to hear of Audrey's passing. She was such a good woman - kind, generous and big-hearted. She was everybody's "Nana", and everyone is going to miss her, but please take comfort in the fact that she is reunited with Bill now; she is in a beautiful place where there is no more illness, suffering, death or sorrow, and you will see her again one day in God's Kingdom.May He comfort you & give you peace in your grief.

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free; I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard him call; I turned my back and left it all.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief; Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me; God wanted me now, He set me free.
May the angels lead her into paradise, where pain is no more. May Perpetual Light shine upon her. She is at rest now.
My deepest condolences.

Chuck,Pat, Joyce, and Candi,
We have had all of you in our prayers since Nana has been going through all this. All of my memories of her are precious memories, thinking of her always coming with arms loaded to celebrate birthdays and even after she started using a cane, Papa carried armloads of packages for her. I'll never forget calling her when Mama was so sick in February before Mama died in April and asking if I could bring Mama down to spend the day with her while I went to Lindy's grandmother's funeral service. Mama said without hesitation, "I'll go with you if you'll take me to Audrey and Bill's while you're gone."
I hadn't seen Nana in a while, but I was always hearing reports about her through Dylan, Jessica, and occasionally from Derrick.
