I work for Aiken County Planning & Development and met Junior 15 years ago when he would come in to register his mobile homes. Junior would only want me to handle his permits or answer any questions he would have. If I had a new girl up front he would wait until I was finished with what I was doing so I could help him. He was a very sweet and caring man and even if he didn;t agree with procedures he would always want to do the right thing. He was known for his word, if he said he would do something he would and it would be right. Work will not be the same without Junior coming in the office. I will miss him greatly. My thoughts are with you all.
