It was a shock to me when I heard that Walter had passed on. I will miss him at the Cedar Creek Golf Club events. And, I will remember him in my prayers.
The entire membership extends it's condolences to the Powers family.
Walter will be missed by all of us here at Post 315 in Dracut.
Walter was always there for all of us and his familiar laugh will never be forgotten.

My Godfather, Uncle Walt was a Great guy!! As a kid growing up he always remembered me during Christmas and Birthdays. I will always remember him and his laugh.
Thanks to all his friends in Aiken,SC for all your help. You people are soooo nice.
