I am so sorry to hear that John's battle has come to an end. However, I am sure he is smiling in heaven, pain free, and feeling well. I bet he is playing golf on the back nine on God's greens. I will miss him. I am so glad he touched my life. Heart filled wishes to his wife and family to find peace in their loss.
I met John several years ago as he was an anchor member of the Trickie golf crew. He was always very personable and friendly. I know he had had pain, but he never let others know it. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. I will miss his laughter and jokes. I never felt bad about losing money to him on the course. It was always well earned. The poker table will never be the same.
