Dear Alice, I just learned today, Sunday Aug. 17 of Tom\'s death from another former Gem Laker, Anne Hawkins. My deepest sympathy to you, to all the children and grandchildren.

Tom, Nancy, Bill and Alice, I hope you will accept our deepest sympathies. Over the years, I remember Tom, Sr. as a great guy and I always felt comfortable around him be it on the golf course or at his home. He will always live on within your heart. We were so sorry to learn of Tom\'s death. Neither of us knew of his illness but had not seen him for some time. He was a very fine man and we both enjoyed knowing him through the years. Those of us at Cypress Bay Hunt Club will always remember him with a smile. Please accept our sincere condolences.
