I am saddened to hear the news of Diane's death. Diane and I were school mates. We gradated together from Aiken High. She was always a warm, kind, and helpful lady. I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Diane in those earlier years. My prayers and condolences are sent to all her family members.

George,
We only got to know you and Diane this past year and a half, but she became very dear to us. When we first moved in Diane was the first person to welcome us to the neighborhood and introduce herself. She was so gracious. We send our condolences on you and your sons loss. She will be greatly missed.

Larry & Joy,
I just wanted to share something with you. On Saturday, November 15th, I was out mowing my lawn in the afternoon. For some reason Diane came to my mind and I began to pray for her and each of you. I didn't know until the next day of Diane's passing. I know that wasn't a coincidence, but that came from The Holy Spirit, knowing you needed prayer. I grew up with Diane in Aiken. She is an integral part of my childhood memories. After many emails, I had the pleasure of visiting her last summer after 30 years. She was most gracious and kind, as always. May God bless her family and comfort you all.

As secretary at North Aiken Elementary for many years, Diane was such a lovely person to work with, always willing to do anything without question.
