My heartfelt sympathy go out to you and your family during this time of loss. I hope that you can remember many good times as you think about Victor. If difficult memories arise, I hope that you can remember how the two of you have grown during those periods. I did not know Victor, but I know and work with your son, Bob. It has been good to work with him over the past few years.
