So very sorry to see/hear that Sam has passed away. I worked with him at Arcadian/PCS Nitrogen for several years. Sam was a hard working innovative and dedicated co-worker. He had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and associated with him. Deepest sympathy to his family and friends! Ed Anderson

Sammy was and still is a wonderful man. He loved god and he loved his family. Lots of memories growing up Nextdoor to him and his family was good times. His mother would load us up to take to the beach for the day for a picknik Good memories over the years. He is with the Angels and am praying for his family.

When We Were Young… My family and Sammy’s family were next-door neighbors for decades. Our whole Williamsburg/Marion Street neighborhood consisted of countless kids and we were all the best of friends! Seems like were all gathered together at one of our homes almost every day. Here’s a photo of one of those days when it was the Yon house where we were hanging out. From left to right: Patty Yon (Moyer), Rose Roberts (Daugherty), my dad Reuben Yon, Jr., Wayne Moseley, Rick Holton, and last but (as you can see) never least, Sammy Roberts. We will certainly miss you, Samuel Jackson Roberts, III. May you rest in peace, our dear friend!

Cuz, you will missed. Our prayers to your family. I remember the times mother and I would come to Aiken to visit Grandma and Aunt Audrey. We would play records and sing and dance. Fly high Sammy.

Sammy and i went through grammar, middle and high school. I will miss the recent contacts we had on suckable media. I will miss Sammy! All of us that knew him will miss him! They're was never a greater guy than Sammy Roberts.
