My favorite memory of Tina was when she came to visit after I had moved to Ocala and had the land to keep my horses at home. She loved horses and when she realized that I had one now standing at the gate hanging her head over waiting for attention she was delighted. She wanted to ride her and so my mare was the first horse she ever rode but definitely not the last. She took lessons at home for awhile but that first smile that lit up her face. . . That’s a memory that stays tucked in my heart ❤️.
Christina was a joy to have at TRI Development Center. I was one of her care takers when she first entered the program. We would have a great time listening to her favorite entertainer Tina Turner. She would even have her own personnel concert singing aloud. Christina will be dearly missed and i will forever have her close to my heart.
