Howard will always be remembered by us as a wonderful friendly and outgoing neighbor. He was the first person to greet us in our adjacent backyard after we first moved in nearly 26 years ago. He and Bill were fellow veterans and both would meet at some of the local veteran events. It was always a pleasure to visit with Howard when he was out walking one of his four legged friends. We remember the lovable poodle, Xena, the most. Howard will be missed by all of us in the neighborhood.
