Marge,
As you know I was fortunate enough to spend a fair amount of time with Bruce in the last year. Despite his trials his kindess and friendship were memories I'll cherish. My heart breaks as I know how amazing he still was and can only imagine how great a man he was before. The love and devotion you had for him I know shined through despite the fog he sometimes was lost in.
I'll never forget thanksgiving last year as I walked him back from your meal to the community when he turned to me and said, "That was Marge, she's my wife. I'm a lucky man." I told him I know and you are." He smiled kept walking and said "I love her."
I know there is little comfort that can be offered but I hope for peace for you.
