Dear Glen and Donald,
I was very sorry to hear about the passing of your mom (Aunt Tweetie).
I loved her dearly, and my favorite thing about her was her beautiful smile. Her smile was especially there with a twinkle in her eye when Uncle Clyde was being mischievous.
I would love to be there in person to honor her memory and tell you that I love you, but please know that my heart is with you!
May the Lord Jesus richly bless you, my dear cousins!
Love forever!
Debbie Hill Linkous

Tweetie was a great friend to me from the first time we met at St Paul UMC in 2005. He took me under her green gardening wings and taught me to be a Southern Gardener, sharing the abundance of beautiful plants from her garden. She was my visitation partner for many years, as well as my lunch partner, and we always shared many laughs. She said her one failure with me was that she couldn’t make me a card player. We loved our dogs together. She loved bragging about her “boys” and her granddaughters and grand babies. When I moved to CA in 2018, I some cuttings of my Tweetie” plants with me. Not having her green thumb, I have just one of them still thriving, and I think of “Bird” every time I see it. I’ve already been missing her, but know we’ll be together again with Jesus. My sympathy to her family, who were the lights of her life.

She was a caring wife, mom and grandmama. She raised two fine men. She will be missed by many. Rest in peace.
