I had the distinct pleasure of bringing Holy Communion to both Marilou and her first husband Ron. Marilou had an inner calm about her despite all the "craziness" going on around her. She would do anything for you. She loved her family, and she loved Jack. To her family, know that her love for you will never die. You will still feel her presence and her love. My sincere condolences to the family of Marilou Meditz Walsh. Marilou was a fun-loving, positive and loving person. During the early eighties, Marilou and I were newcomers to Aiken and we enjoyed learning together the ins and outs of our new city. Our children were the same age and went to the same schools which made our friendship even stronger. We even worked together briefly at, then, JB White. Later, our paths went in different directions. Marilou earned her nursing degree and I earned my business degree. Occasionally, we would touch base and catch up on our respective families. Marilou was very proud of her family.
