So very sorry for your loss. Your father was a comfort to a young Yankee girl experiencing the South for the first time in 1996. I will be forever grateful for his time and words of wisdom, sitting on the front steps of North Street In Anderson. What a wonderful foursome he had a hand in rearing. Love to you all.

Beaty, you have been on my mind more than usual recently; now I "know" why. May God bless you with the strength to endure what seems to be unendurable. George was truly a wonderful man and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you and the family.

The passing of the love of my life has been so difficult. He was a wonderful man who I was blessed to share 23 years. We shared so many fabulous times and had so many interests in common. Time together went so fast and now my heart is broken. He was one of the most intelligent men I ever knew and he shared so many interesting times in his life. I hope heaven allows him to do the Sunday Times Crossword Puzzle (in ink) and a daily Sudoku! Bye my sweetheart!
