Dear Plaunt - MacNeil family,
Although I did not know your Marguerite, I was moved by her obituary and wish you comfort during this time of grieving. It was not so long ago, I lost my mother Isabel Cameron - MacEachern who was also from Antigonish, Nova Scotia. It is likely that your mother was from the same parish of St. Ninian's in Antigonish back in their girlhood days. Her sister was also named Marguerite Cameron. It may help to know that the deep sadness you now must be feeling will lighten somewhat in the months to come. What came after for me was a profund gratefulness at the gift that was my mother and the realization that she lives on in each of us who loved her. May God bless and give comfort to your family.
