To the family of Carole Frank Pechersky,
I was shocked and saddened when I found out this morning of Carole's passing. I received an email about our upcoming 50th year reunion and saw Carole listed as deceased. I had reconnected with Carole on facebook last year and looked forward to hearing all about her family.
Carole and I were classmates all through high school. We would walk home together almost every day. She was one of sweetest girls in our class. I don't remember her being anything but kind to everyone.
Please accept my sincere message of sympathy. Although we went our separate ways after high school, I have no doubt she remained as kind and as giving a person through her adult years and will be missed every day by her family and friends.

Dear Butch and family,
Phil has recently informed me of Carole's tragic death. No words can adequately express my sorrow. I can empathize with the grief you all must feel. I do hope and trust that you will eventually find both peace and strength by calling upon life's two most dependable assets--the passing of time and your own inner reserve. Even death never truly separates you from those you love most. She will always be a part of you. You have my deepest sympathy. With warm regards,

It is with great sadness that I have learned of Carol's passing.
I had the pleasure of working with Carol the past ten years in an indirect contact capacity.
I was humbled by her compassion and concern for others. I learned from her to deal with my own illnesses.
May God bless you in the same way he has blessed Carol.

Kara and I met a decade ago, at a high school in West Columbia, SC, as she was finishing up her Ed.S. She came to work for us at Lexington Mental Health Center in Lexington, SC, shortly thereafter. I feel as if I got to know her mom over these years, as Kara shared her stories of her mother's kindness, humor, and beauty. I think you must be a lot like her, Kara...
