He was born in Aiken where he had lived his entire life before recently moving to Charleston. He served in the United States Army during 2000-2001, Bruce always had kind, loving and uplifting words for everyone; especially for his ?Memaw? and mother. Bruce enjoyed spending time with his family like his uncle Greg who was more like a brother than an Uncle. Friends remember him as outgoing and as someone who could never be ignored. This is one reason he was successful in sales. Bruce was a very good listener and never revealed any confidences. His brother Wes and sister Marsha, remember Bruce as a true guardian angle and protector. Bruce was always very courteous and respectful of others.
