May God Bless You, the Beason Family with Comfort.
"Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted." (Matthew 5:4)
Remembering my former co-worker at the Aiken Social Security office.
Remembering most her love and care for Jean.
Remembering our Monday morning conversations about her beloved Georgia Bulldogs.
May she rest in the loving arms of Jesus Christ our Savior.

Sarilyn and I worked next to each other for many years and I enjoyed her company at work and away from work. She loved to talk about her love for her children and grandchildren and her church family. Sorry to say I lost contact with her several years back but never stopped remembering her. My prayers are with the family.

Sorry to learn of Sairlyn's passing. She and her family were true friends. In 1992 while working with a Fugitive Task Force I was searching for an Escapee from the Georgia Dept. of Corrections, who was serving a Life without parole sentence. He had been at large for ten years. Working through her and her supervisors, it was found that the Social Security Number of the Fugitive's deceased brother was still being used. Without ever violating any laws or regulations she provided me with the proper forms to obtain the information she had located. Standing strong she kept that information to herself until she received proper authorization to release it. As a result of her work an individual that had eluded Law Enforcement for ten years was taken into custody, on his job in the State of Maryland where he had been at the same address for those ten years. I called her to let her know that the Escapee had just been booked into the Elbert County Georgia, Jail where he would be charged for the escape and returned to prison to serve the original sentence. We could not publicly give her the recognition she deserved at the time, didn't bother her at all, we could easily see the celebration going on within her. A very dangerous person was returned to prison and he is still there today (I just checked) because of her work. Privately it was acknowledged from the highest levels of Law Enforcement. I have no idea what she shared or with who, so I simply say thank you again and hope we meet again.
The amount of integrity shown by Sairlyn during this time was truly amazing and rarely seen these days.
