Tia, We are so sorry for your loss. We also regret missing the memorial service, I got food poison that afternoon and was in a very sick state. I wanted to share with you a divine event. At about 7:30pm that Monday of the memorial, I was visited in bed by Rhonda. As we were talking, Katelyn came into the room with two pieces of styrophoam?? stuck on an old TV antenna and said "look daddy, I\'m roasting marshmallows like Wayne taught me!" Rhonda and I looked at each other and could not hold back the tears. Rhonda said that Wayne was smiling down on Katelyn right now. I know that this story might make you feel sad as it does me, but lets look at it as an example of how even such a small joyful moment with Wayne can carry on his spirit in the heart and mind of a small child. She loved having another loving Grandpa for that day, as did we enjoy being with him. May God comfort and carry you through these days. If there is anything we can do, I mean anything, please do not hesitate to ask. We would love to have you come over or to come visit you whenever you feel like it. With Love, Jody

Dear Tia,
I was terribly saddened to hear of the passing of Wayne. Your little "Waynie". I have been at such a loss as to what I might do to console you through this difficult time, then I realized you are very strong in your faith and God will help you through this.
I have felt blessed that you came into my life. I also feel blessed to have met Wayne at Christmas. I certainly see what attracted you to him in the first place. The two of you just had twinkling in your eyes, and so much fun together.

Wayne held a special place in my heart. Dear "Little Boy" cousin that was the dearest child. Aunt Rose adored him, as she did all her children.
