My father was the greatest man I have ever known. Of course he was human so we know he's not perfect. But to me as a child he was always my hero. He taught me that there are things in life that are black and white when it comes to making an important decision. Trust is something that is hard to get and easy to lose, most people are basically good, always listen to your gut not my heart, treat others the way you should want to be treated even though they may not reciprocate. I can't begin to understand why our lives turned out as they did, but one thing is for certain, I don't know what I will do without my daddy. He's been in my life all my life and a very big part of my life. I hope he will be proud of me and know that he did the very best that he could for me and my family. He has given me so much more than he will ever know. I will try to be as stand up kind of person that he has always been but he has some big shoes to fill. I want to thank him and the Lord above for giving him to me. God certainly knew what he was doing when he gave him to me. He was always consistent with me on everything he thought and taught me. Words can not begin to express my feelings for him or the way his loss has affected me for the rest of my life.
I love you daddy with all my ❤️ heart and I will always remember sleeping with you when I very small and your chest hairs would tickle my nose but I didn't want to wake you up so I lay frozen in position until I fell back to sleep. I have so many wonderful memories there are a few that are more vivid than others love like you would dance with me in the living room with me placing my feet atop your feet, gosh I loved that. You introduced me to music of all varieties and I love music and dancing today. You were the best father ever please know that. Forever grateful
Forever your Kitten
Forever the questioning child
Until the Lord brings us together again my heart will continue to ache.
I love ❤️ you!

We are so glad that we got to meet Charlie two different times in the summer of 2004 and 2005. He was the kind that never seemed to meet a stranger. Very kind, friendly and likable as soon as we shook his hand. He's at peace now with no diseases in the loving arms of our Father in Heaven.

My husband and I just met Mr. Guinn when we moved into his house at 178 Dogwood Rd. He was very kind and went ahead and let us move in early and also stayed to do some extra work on the house.I am glad to say that we did have the pleasure of meeting him and talking to him. He had stopped by the house a few more times up to a few weeks ago. I really loved talking to him just about whatever. He had stayed and talked with us and played with our dogs for quite some time. We were very saddened to hear of his sudden illness. We are extremely sorry for your loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with your family. We are indeed glad that we had the opprotunity to meet and know Mr. Charlie.

Travis - we know the loss of your grandfather is causing you pain beyond belief. Please know that we share your pain and you are in our thoughts in a very special way. God's plan is, and has always been, that those left behind would be blessed with wonderful memories, to sustain us through the rough times. We know you will treasure the "good memories", and keep them safe in your heart forever and ever! Time is a "healer" but we will pray for the extra strength you and your loved ones are going to need to help you through the mourning process. With love and compassion, Monica and Jeffrey Ferrell's Family!
