As I prepare to attend Richard's memorial, I am reminded of so many accomplishments we had while we worked for the same company for several years. His knowledge of the electrical field kept us out of trouble many times. I was even more pleased seven years ago when he entered our sanctuary and became a regular member. If he was absent, there was necessary reason. I shared Sunday School, Wednesday night Bible study as well as worship services on Sunday. He was an honorable, Godly man seven days a week. Richard will be missed---I always enjoyed talking with him and sending and receiving email.He was a lot of fun to be around and loved Jesus and talking about the word of God.I believe he now is with Jesus and having a great time.I expect to see him again one day.I will be praying for the family.I talked to him Wednesday night at Church and he was laughing and feeling great and we wished each other a Merry Christmas.
