Lou was one of the kindest, giving, gentlest people that I have known. He was one of the greatest of the Greatest Generation. God bless him and his family.
We who grew up in Aiken were priviledged to have the influence of the greatest generation as parents. Lou was no exception. He was simply one of the finest men I ever knew.
