I am so sorry to hear about Debra.I have thought about her often and really missed her. I did not know about her passing.Please forgive me for the phone call.I did not know! Dear Binns Family~
I worked with Debra at SRP for 10 years. Over these years, she has not only been a co-worker but a great friend. It has been a blessing to know Debra and experience her incredible sense of humor and take on life. It was very rare to see her without a smile on her face. To the Binns Family,
I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to have Deb in my life. Not only was she my co-worker for more than twenty years, she was my friend, encourager and motivator. We shared so much and worked to closely together. I feel like I know you all from all the wonderful things she shared. She was just an awesome woman. Debra Debbie, as I know her, and I grew up on the same stret in Mount Gilead, went through elementary school and part of high school together, then saw each other only occasionally through mutual friends, Angie Haywood Binns, Linda Hallyburton Shaver and Sarah Johnson Holder.
Debra helped her good, good buddy, Sarah, find a job, settle into Aiken and eventually was a loving and proactive caregiver during and after Sarah's heart attack/brain injury.
For everyone in the family, I hope you will keep wonderful memories of Debra close to your broken hearts, and for Ronnie, for whom this must be an unimaginable "second time early loss",
