Dearest Kathy and family,
So sorry to read about the passing of your mother. I remember her as such a kind and gentle woman. And she was also a wonderful girl scout leader.
We've been trying to get your address for quite some time. It's 45 years since we graduated from Our Lady's 8th grade and I'm planning an informal "get-together" on August 8 beginning with 4:00 Mass at Our Lady's followed by dinner at Mattucci's. It would be wonderful to see you. Peggy Brophy had been asking for you.
Please keep in touch. And again please give my condolences to your family. Know that your loss is heaven's gain! God bless and guide all of you in your future endeavors and as you travel down life's road, may Saint Patrick give you the "green lights." That
was a phrase coined by my great aunt Sister M. Henrico IHM, the third girl from Centralia to enter the convent.
Always,
your classmate
Anne Marie "Callahan" Devine
P.S. I think about your family every time I drive past the corner of Second and Hickory Street.
