Because of Mr. Wade's love and pride in his home and yard, he has encouraged me over the years to want to do better my own. He will be remembered by me as one who loved nature and took care of it. I am so thankful to have known him as a neighbor.

We offer our deepest sympathy to Charles Wade's family.
Charles' obituary told us of a nature-loving man who lived a long, full, and interesting life shared with his wife, Janet—neither of whom we knew. Yet, having known their fine sons John and Robert (wife Kathryn and son Seth) we have seen in Robert and John admirable traits and strengths from mother and father.
Though stricken from his yard work, Charles' love of God's creations kept him going. Nature took charge as Charles watched with joy, judgment, and curiosity as his garden grew bountifully up and out to come closer to care for him. He enjoyed seasonal beauty brought to him as shelters and food for all the little creatures, from God, stayed close to him. Charles saw this, we know, for the same loveliness is for all—with open eyes—to share.
May God grant Charles eternal peace. May God bless all of the family of Janet and Charles.
Sincerely,
Cathy and Phil Miller

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Please find comfort in the resurrection promise at John 5:28,29 that reads: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out...."
