Mike, Chris and family,
I signed the previous entry in the guestbook as Brian "Barney" Siegmund. It only showed up as "Brian". This is an addendum to clarify who actually signed the entry. Take care and God Bless you all.

Dear Mike,Chris, and family:I knew your father mainly through my parent'sKarl and Dorothy Siegmundrelationship with your parents,as their close friends, and my father's co-worker.I remember,as a child, idolizing your dad because of his former exciting careers, and because he was always so nice to me.I always thought that your dad epitomized what a real man should be:strong and rugged;yet a great family man and a gentleman with a tender heart, and a big smile.I also aways thought that your mother was a very beautiful and very nice woman. Please know that your loss is also mine.
Sincerely,
Gary Siegmund

Mike, Chris and family,
I was shocked and saddened to learn of the loss of your father. Pio worked with my father Karl the entire time he worked at the SRP and Pio and Carolyn were my father and mother's very best friends during those many years while I was growing up. I always admired Pio's easy going "Cool Hand Luke" personality and smile and his illustrious careers -- he lived a full life and "did it all" in terms of service to his country, as a wonderul family man, as well as a true friend of those who knew him. Pio was part of a wonderful generation of real men with integrity and I will miss him. I pray for comfort to his family during this loss.
