Dear Lenny, I am so so very sorry about Connie's passing. I just logged onto our American Airlines site/ briefing book and read that she passed away Dec. 16th. I am shocked and so very saddened by this - you lost such a beautiful true-blue strong woman. She was my supervisor when I started flying for AA in 1989 - up until she left in 2002 - she was strict but always professional and fair to everyone. She knew her stuff! She was a wonderful person and I am so sorry I missed reading this notice by a day. I sent her a spiritual healing card inside a Christmas card about two weeks ago, and I pray she was well enough to read it. I am so thankful I sent it. I had no idea how very serious her illness was and this was the first time I reached out to her in 10 years since she left Boston. My heart breaks, and goes out to you and your family. You were very blessed to have someone you loved, and loved you back for 45 wonderful years. You were blessed and so was she. She will watch over you from heaven every day. Again, I am so very sorry for your loss. May god bless you and comfort you at this very difficult time.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of your lovely wife, Connie. I worked with her on the Newcomers' Board and The Town and Country organization. We, too, were members of The Assembly dance group. Though she will be dearly missed, she will ALWAYS be remembered and appreciated.
