Duck was so special to me especially during my teen years and then when we worked at WAKN together and after marriage. Jimmie wore a coat and tie for he felt such strong respect for such a great guy. Love Linda & Jimmie Adams

I have nothing but exceptionally warm memories of my Uncle Bill. He called me "Dandy Sandy," when I would not let anyone else call me "Sandy." He loved all of us from Aunt Lynette's side of the family as if we were his own. He was a wonderful man.
I worked with Bill for many years in SRL. He was always ready and willing to answer questions and help anyone, and I called on him many times. I always considered him a good friend and I will surely miss him at those "25 Year Banquets". I never got to know the children, but know that I share your sorrow at this time.

I don't know what we are going to do without Bill. He was always there for everybody. If anyone was sick or had a death in the family, Bill was always there to pay his respects and show his support. I will never forget that he came to my father's funeral on a gloomy, rainy day when he was so sick himself he should have been home in bed. But that was the kind of man Bill Woodward was. I have lost one of my best friends, and I will miss him terribly. My heartfelt condolences to Kevin, Karen & Jean. We have all lost someone irreplaceable.
