To Mr. & Mrs. Cassidy & Family,
I would like to express my condolences for the loss of Heather. I am sorry this is being written so late as I just found out recently. I was a friend of Heather from Wiesbaden High School back in 2001. She was one of the coolest friends I met there. I remember that she was always upbeat, funny, and full of energy. I am sad to hear she passed on. She will be missed.

Heather im not sure where to start, im gonna miss you very much, im gonna miss you asking me the silly questions about guys, im gonna miss picking on you, and like so many ohters have already said im going to miss that big smile. As you know im alot older than my siblings and we never got to have a real sibling relationship, thank you for being that younger sister that i could always pick on. And even though i never got to met dustin im sure he would have past the test he sounded like a very nice young man. Heather you\'ll never know how much you ment to so many people and how many lives you touched. thank you for always being there when i needed you, you will forever remain in my heart. i love you girl

I do not know you personally but was so touched by the loss of your precious daughter. I noticed that memorial contributions are suggested in Heather\'s memory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. I am presuming that perhaps Heather died from breast cancer. My 24 year-old daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and, thank God, is a survivor today. I never knew just how many young people have/had breast cancer until it touched my daughter\'s life. I am remembering you in the thoughts and prayers. There are no words to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. May God bless you now and always. Carolyn Best

I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Heather\'s passing. Heather was a student in my Biology 1 class at Aiken High School a couple of years ago. I remember Heather as a very happy student. I always looked forward to her class because I knew that I would see that wonderful smile. After she was a student in my class, I would see her from time to time in the hall and at lunch. She was always very polite and friendly. The last time I saw her was when she came by Aiken High and stopped by another teacher\'s room where I happened to be having lunch. We had a good talk about her studies at Aiken Tech and about her future plans. And, she showed that same wonderful smile. May God give you comfort and peace in this time of sorrow. All of us who knew Heather share in your grief.
Sincerely,
David W. Salter

My sincere condolences are extended to the family of Heather Cassidy. I was so stunned when I heard the news of Heather. My heart continues to ache and my heart and prayers go out to her family and friends.
I am so honored to have had the opportunity to be one of her teachers for 2 years at Aiken High before she graduated in 2004. She was a special person. We had many long, interesting talks before, during, and after class about things that touched her life. I remember the many conversations we had and the excitement and anticipation in her voice as she looked forward to her Dad returning home from Iraq. The many funny, heart-felt stories about her Mom and her grandmother good stories. She loved her family so much. I remember seeing the smile on her face as she shared with her classmates her weekly adventures with the young children at the Day Care Centers we visited. I am going to miss that Million $Dollar$ SMILE. She was "well-liked" by so many people- teachers, administrators, and students alike.
She will be greatly missed. May God continue to bless the family, friends, and loved-ones of Heather, to find strength, peace and comfort during this most difficult time in your life. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.
Sincerely, Mrs. Harmon

To me heather is my sister and will always be and i will miss her dearly. She will always remain in my memories and in my heart forever. I wish we could\'ve seen each other one last time but the time we did have together was the best time that friends could ever share. I never thought this time would come so soon or the saddest goodbye but her family is still mine so i\'ll still be around and she\'ll be with me right here in my heart.
