Charlotte was one of the most gracious and charming women I have ever know. Her daughter Dee and I went to school together during her time in the D.C. area. Spent many a fun time in their home. May you rest in peace, Charlotte. And may God give you, Dee, many enjoyable memories of a wonderful mother.
