Ginny, I'm so saddened to hear of Jack's passing. The Hagelston name was a mainstay growing up as a little kid in the St. Mary's circle in the mid '50's on. I can still remember sweaty Jack playing his heart out for St. Angela in our basketball games. After I married and moved away, I'd make a point to stop in at Wal Mart to say hi. He always had a pleasant smile for me.It was great to see him moving up the ladder. Peace and arms around you and youor family.

I never met your father but from everything I read it sounds like he was a wornderful man who served our country. I worked at Wal-Mart with Jack and went to school with his kids. Jack was a wonderful soul with always a smile and quick wit. His presence will be missed by many. I pray his family will find peace in the days to come.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I met Jack in 1993 when I started working at Walmart. He was one old the kindest people I have ever known. Every time I would see him and his wife shopping at Bilo they always spoke to me. Always nice! My thoughts and prayers to the family. He will be missed.

I best remember Jack when he swept Ginny off her feet. They fell in love and it has been romance all the way! He has been a great brother-in-law liking to use his extraordinary sense of humor on me that I took serious at times that I shouldn't have. We were always friends and even more so as the years passed. They raised two fine sons and a remarkable daughter. Our prayers are with the family that they may be comforted by God during this time and be with Ginny in the future.
