Mrs. Bonnie G. Ferland, 67, passed into eternal rest Friday, Januay 21st at 11:40 AM. Bonnie Faye was born in Jackson County, Mississippi to Lincoln Goshorn and the late Bonnie Williams Goshorn. Mrs. Ferland was a member of St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church in Aiken, SC. She taught history, english, geography and math in Charleston, SC, Orando, FL and Aiken, SC. She retired from the Aiken County Public School system in 1998. She was an avid traveler who loved attending events such as the Kentucky Derby, the World Fair and locations like the Smoky Mountains and Hilton Head Island. She is survived by her brother, sister, three children and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 3PM in the Chapel of the Holy Apostles at St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church.
