God broke the mold after he created Ralph. He was one of a kind. He was a good, caring and gentle man and very unselfish. I am glad he was my friend. God bless him and his family.

Dear Debbie, Susan, Tom and Terri,
My deepest sympathies to all of you for the loss of your beloved Dad, who was my Mom's older brother and my Uncle Ralph. My mother Eleanor 'Lynne' Dion McCafferty and Ralph were particularly close growing up as he was just 13 months older than Lynne. She adored her older brother and followed him everywhere around Taftville. We spent some time on the phone after I heard the news of Ralph's passing and she shared some treasured memories of their childhood with me. My mother also sends her love, deepest sympathies and prayers to all of you. May you have peace in your hearts.
Your cousin,
Michelle

No words can make one feel better at a time like this. I do not know if you will read this at this time. I did not read my parent's till today. When you read this please know that you all and your families are in our prayers. Your dad and granddad did a lot for others. He cared about people and their needs. In kind you show the same care and concern for others. Know he is free of earthly hindrances and filled beyond measure with the joy of the risen Christ and to be once again united with those he loved. Know that we care and love you all.

Dear Debbie,
Sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Having lost both my mom and dad within 5 weeks of each other less than two years ago I know what it's like, even when we have no doubt that we will see them again. I hadn't seen your dad in many years but I always thought he was a really nice person, and I will never forget, years ago, going to see the short "Dion Street" in Connecticut, though I could not tell you the name of the town after all this time, but I knew it was named for your family. May God bless you and keep you and all you love.

Debbie: We will be with you in Spirit on Friday. You and your family are in our prayers. We share your sorrow. If we were there in person, we would give you a big hug and a kiss. We love you and miss you.
Did not know what a POET your Dad was. I love the poem that was in another Guest Book Entry. I liked that poem so much, I copied it in a letter to my account.
When you get the chance, you must come down and visit with us. We would LOVE to have YOU and YOUR FAMILY come and catch up. You all are ALWAYS WELCOME in OUR HOME!!!
Love you lots.

When my father, Jim LeBert passed away, Ralph left a beautiful and comforting message - I would like to share it with you now.
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free;
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard him call;
I turned my back and left it all.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief;
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me;
God wanted me now, He set me free.
B. Ralph Dion
God Bless all of you in your time of grief.

Mr. "D" was my husband's roommate for almost a year at Lifecare. My family and I loved Mr. "D", we always looked out for him when we visited. Debbie I know your pain after losing a wife and two parents within a year of each other. I will say what keep printed near my Joyce’s earn
ABOUT THE DEAD BEING RAISED HAVEN’T YOU EVER READ ABOUT THIS IN THE WRITINGS OF MOSES, IN THE STORY OF THE BURNING BUSH? LONG AFTER ABRAHAM, ISAAC, AND JACOB HAD DIED, GOD SAID TO MOSES “I AM THE GOD OF ABRAHAM, THE GOD OF ISAAC, AND THE GOD OF JACOB” SO HE IS THE GOD OF THE LIVING AND NOT THE GOD OF THE DEAD.

Tom, Debbie, Susan, and Terry,
No words can capture the profound sense of loss and deep sadness I felt when I heard of Uncle Ralph's passing. Uncle Ralph, who was also my godfather, was a wonderful uncle to me, Patricia and Peter and was much beloved by each of us. Our lives were fuller for having had the privilege of having your father as our uncle. I know my mother was also saddened to hear of his passing and commented on what a kind, thoughtful and generous brother-in-law he was to her. He will be missed by all of us.

Deb, Sue, Tom and Terry, So saddened to hear of your dad's passing. How lucky you were to have him for so many years.
As a kid,I always thought he was over 6' tall.I was so surprised in 2006, when my parents passed, and I got to see him again,that he was a bit shorter!!:
My parents always admired him and especially all the work he did for the military retirees.He was so proud of all of you.
My deepest condolences,
Cindy Aubrey Speicher
