I taught with Donna at North Aiken Elementary. She was a wonderful teacher who loved her students. She was also a great role model. I would run into her from time to time and we always said hello and asked how each other was doing. I will miss seeing her. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Gibbs was a wonderful teacher. She was actually a teacher of my brother's, but I remember her from North Aiken. Later in life, I reconnected with her, as she is a dear friend of my grandmother's. Such a graceful, sweet Southern lady. I will miss her. She always held a genuine interest in my life, and always loved to see me succeed. Thank you, Mrs. Gibbs, for your love over the years. I know you will be watching over us, so I will do my very best to make you proud. Mr. Gibbs, your family will be in my continued prayers.

Dear Tommy and Family,
How can I begin to recall how precious are my memories of Donna and our happy days in Aiken as teenagers. We had such fun going to Scott's Lake in her old car with the hood wired down and the wipers going at full blast to remove the oil from the windshield.
Those were days when she was one of my best friends and remains so today. The trips you made with the Malonys to see my brother, Foley, when he was so ill and finally to his funeral were so appreciated by his family and me. She cannot be replaced in our hearts and will forever live in our memories..I loved her like a sister...
