Elsie, Jim, Nancy, Glenn, Janet. I just felt the need to express my sadness for you and for myself with Bob's passing. He was a wonderful BIG BROTHER and I will miss him as long as I am alive, as I do my other siblings, Jet and John. And of course Marg and Twila and my Mother. Bob was special to me maybe because I was special to him. I am thankful to have shared some time with him over these past few years, particularly the two most recent visits. I love each of you so much and I know you are comforted, as am I, by the fact that the suffers no more. Take care. Love, Muggie

Janet and family,
Each passing year brings new joys and sometimes grief. As new generations are born, and older generations die, we rejoice in what is to come, and remember what was.
My dad passed away this summer, and a new grand nephew was born a few months later. Both share a middle name.
As time goes by, grief gives way to wonderful memories that are cherished and a hope for a greater tomorrow.
Blessings to you and your family.

Elsie and Janet, Bob was an absolute joy from the first moment we met. We had such a wonderful friendship, appreciated him even more over the years. His knowledge about gardening was better than the web. Janet, when you came to live in SC, you told me nobody would ever come up with parents who were better than yours. You all three were family to us, and you were appreciated. You've been through an enormous loss, please be sure to take good care of each other. Bob is at peace now, and I think he would want you two to rest up and take good care of each other. We love you and our prayers are with you both.

Jim and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Jim spoke often of his father with the utmost respect and detailed fine characteristics such as wisdom, leadership, kindness and a father who lead by example. We hope you find some comfort during this time in knowing we see some of these qualities within Jim,
God Bless,
Jeff and Kristin Kramer

Dear Janet and Mrs. Greene,
Mr. Greene was very fortunate to have such a devoted wife and daughter. I don't think I have ever seen family members give so much attention, care and love. I did not realize that Mr. Greene was from my homestate of West Virginia. May God be with your entire family and heal your hearts. Sincerely, Kathy Crist

Dear Aunt Elsie, Jim, Nancy and Janet,
I am so sorry for your loss. He was a special man, wonderful husband and giant of a father. And a very sharp wit! As I have already shared with you; one of my most vivid recollections of Uncle Bob was peering from the back of the station wagon, watching him take "home movies" of my Dad getting a speeding ticket on the turnpike. We had such fun during our family reunions and trips to Horsham. I know that your life is changing dramatically right now, and that his loss will be felt for years to come. As my Mom wrote to one of my friends that lost her mother, "I pray that in time your heartbreak will be replaced by all the happy memories you shared together." I am so sorry I won't be there to offer personal hugs and kisses - please know that I am thinking of you.
Love,
Susan, Merritt, Jeffrey, Gregg, Melissa and Laila

Aunt Elsie, Jim, Janet, Nancy and Glen,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Uncle Bob was a great man, and I'm so very fortunate to have had such a wonderful Uncle. He always had a kind word to say, a razor whit, and a genuine, caring nature about him. He has now joined so many other members of our immediate family in heaven, and I'm sure when he arrived, his first question was , "What's the Plan ?" !!!. The good Lord has the plan for us all, and it was Uncle Bob's time to play a part in that wonderful plan. He is with you now in spirit, and will always be there. He is feeling our love, and feeling the love of those who preceeded him - my Mom, his Mom, Twila and John, Jet and Bill, just to name a few. I love you all, and my God bless you, and comfort you,at this difficult time.
Love,
Bill
