So sorry to hear about Sally's passing. I just read about it in today's Aiken Standard. I've known Sally & Jim since they moved to Aiken and she was always so friendly, kind, and gracious to me whenever we ran into one another. She was a wonderful wife and partner for Jim, and a great mother and grandmother. I will miss her.

My heart breaks with the thought of losing my dear friend Sally. We stitched together and did water aerobics and always shared some happy and memorable times. It's hard to believe she is no longer with us, but she will always be in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Jan Falise. Nov.13,2015

I did not know Sally for long but I always saw her with a smile on her face and eager to help with anything you needed. We discussed knitting and books and she had a vast knowledge of both. She will be missed very much. May God comfort her family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had the opportunity last February to meet Sally. I had a little sewing project that I needed done for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. My mother and Sally are members of a stitching group, and I sent out a silent/secretive S.O.S. for some help with my project to that group of ladies(my mother's talented friends) and Sally came to my rescue. I met her, and we got the details worked out, but the nicest part was getting to know a bit more about her, as a fellow Yankee from Pittsburgh. We shared stories of our northern homes, and families, and I could see why my mother enjoyed Sally's company in their stitching group. My project was wonderfully completed by Sally, with love for her friend, as she put it, and my mother was tickled pink that Sally had been a part of it and that I had gotten to know her a bit more. Sally has left behind memories of her kindness and love for others, and she will be truly missed! God bless you all! You are in my thoughts and prayers.
