A wonderful kind loving friend and fellow artist has left us. She will be missed so very much, but it was evident her legacy of love to her family was overwhelmingly abundant. My sympathies to you, but I know the happy and loving memories will sustain you.

My sincere condolences to Barbara's husband Bill, their children and grandchildren, and family. Hugo and I have been neighbors for 25+ years. Barbara and Bill opened their home to host annual Christmas parties for the neighborhood. The parties were wonderful and a great time to catch up on each other and each others families. Barbara's love was felt by everyone who attended. During the time we had monthly "Interlachen Ladies Dinners/Lunches" Barbara participated and always had a kind word for everyone. I enjoyed hearing stories of Bill and Barbara's extended travels and we shared the joys of visiting our children who live far away. Barbara's gift of seeing beauty was evident in her beautiful paintings. Barbara will be missed but her spirit and love will stay with us forever.

Barbara lived her life with kindness for others, love for her family and friends, and a passion for Art that sustained her in difficult times. She shared her compassion with all of us who were blessed to know her. She will be missed. We send heart felt condolences to her family and friends, and all our lives are better because of her. Her very special love for the life she shared with Bill would always put a sparkle in her eyes, so I will remember that joy and gratefulness, her many happy times, and very remarkable patience with her art and life.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. One of the most difficult things we have to deal with is the death of a loved one. The Bible promise: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. (John 5:28,29) The Bible gives us hope that one day our dead loved ones will be brought back to life.

I am so sadden to hear of Barbara's passing. She was a dear friend and my fellow artist. I loved painting with her in watercolor classes when I first met her at the Art Center and then for many years at USCA. She a wonderful artist as she meticulously painted each of her beautiful master pieces. Barbara was a delight to talk to and to know. She always had a smile and kind words for everyone. She will be truly missed by me and so many others. My deepest sympathy goes Bill and to all of her wonderful children and family members. She was so dedicated to Bill and loved him and all of her children and family so much!

Barbara was kind and caring, and will be missed in our painting class at USC. I will always remember her for her exquisite artwork and the desire to continue to take classes even though her work was perfection. Her final portrait of Professor Al, was a tribute to him and to her unmatched skills as an artist.
