Born in Wilmington, DE, she had been a resident of Aiken, SC, since 1954. She was a member of St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church, Aiken, SC. She is survived by her farther, Gordon M. Nichols, Sr, Aiken, SC; brothers, Gordon M. Nichols, Jr., North Augusta, SC, David M. Nichols, Aiken SC and Captain Christopher Nichols, Annapolis, MD. Her mother, Ophelia Park Nichols and a brother, Stuart Nichols, preceded her in death. The family has asked that memorials in her memory be made to S.P.C.A. 401 Wire Rd., Aiken, SC 29801.
