Graveside services for Mrs. Annie Myrtle Ford will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at 5pm at Aiken Memorial Gardens with Chaplin Dexter Lambert officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside. Memorial contributions may be directed to Trinity Hospice, 2260 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA, 30904. Mrs. Ford, 81, of North Augusta, died Sunday, May 13, 2007 at her residence. Born in Aiken County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Hugo and Pearl Harmon Emeneker. She was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, an avid bridge player and loved to do craft work. Myrtle loved helping and caring for her family. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers, Hugo Emeneker, Jr., Bobby Emeneker, and James Emeneker. She is survived by her husband of forty seven years, James A. Ford, son, Richard Sherry Green, Williston, sisters, Louise Widener, Florence Busbee, Katherine Hendrix, all of Aiken, and several nieces and nephews.
