Dear Mrs. Thornton and Family,
We are so sad to hear of your loss. We have fond memories of family sharing times on various occasions since Leah and Charlie were married. Mr. Ford was quite the gentle-man, and I feel enriched to have met him. I know he will be missed so deeply in the days to come...our prayers are with you all. We are proud to be a part of your family. We love you. Sorry we can't be there with you...warm close hugs to you all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this "Homegoing" time. How blessed we are to know we will be together again.

Even though I never met Mr. Ford I feel like I have known him for several years through his daughter and my friend Gail. I have enjoyed seeing pictures of the family including the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I know that there will be an empty space that will never be filled until we see him in heaven. Mrs. Betty please know that you are a special lady and have a family that loves you very much.
