Graveside services for Mr. Paul Bailey Huffman will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at 10:00am at Sunset Memory Gardens, Burnettown with Rev. Eugene Mulliken officiating. Memorial donations should be directed to the Alzheimer?s Association, C/O Aiken Council on Aging, PO Box 3156 Aiken, SC 29802. Mr. Huffman, 86, of Aiken, died Friday, July 23, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Spelter, WV and had lived in Covington, IN before moving to Aiken in 1952. He was a 1940 graduate of Ohio State University. Before retiring in 1980, he was a chemical engineer/production supervisor for DuPont at the Savannah River Site. He was a member of St. John?s United Methodist Church. He served as a volunteer at Hitchcock Rehab Center from 1990-1995 and was the Volunteer of the Year in 1992. Mr. Huffman had several hobbies, including, golf, reading, hunting, cameras and gardening. He is survived by his wife; Theresa Klein Huffman, Aiken, two sons; Carl H. Marlene A. Huffman, Aiken and John A, Mary Lou Huffman, West Columbia and two grandchildren; James & Julia Huffman.
