These last 5 months with my mother have been the toughest ever, watching her go through what she did, her ups and downs, but I wouldn't change it for anything. The time we spent together was very special to me, dedicating myself to take care of her was very rewarding. I know she knew just how much I loved her right till the end, holding her hand and letting her know she wasn't by herself. This was a life changing experience for me that I will hold dear in my heart till I die. Mom, I made a promise to you that I would take care of daddy and I will. Guess it's my turn to make those awesome blueberry pancakes you use to make.
Mom, until I see you again, I love you dearly, miss you and sure do hope I made you proud!
